Boxborough, Massachusetts – Invetech, a global leader in instrument development, custom automation and contract manufacturing, has announced the appointment of Ankush Kaul as vice president and general manager of its Dover Motion division, a leading provider of precision stages and engineered motion solutions. Kaul brings a diverse range of skills to the role, including valuable experience in program management, new market identification, general management, and research and development. In his new role, Kaul will be based in Boxborough, Massachusetts.
Dover Motion creates precision motion systems with applications across a broad range of industries including diagnostics, life sciences and factory automation. With over 50 years of experience, their core strength is in the design of custom engineered motion systems and modules.

Kaul joins Dover Motion from his position as general manager of Tektronix Encore, one of the fastest growing businesses of Tektronix, a leading provider of test and measurement solutions. In this role, Kaul oversaw significant market growth in addition to achieving operations improvements.

Kaul has also held several other management roles within Tektronix including business development, new product portfolio management, and global product management. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering, and is a 2010 graduate of the MBA program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
